When to Contact Emergency Contacts
Occasionally, there may be repairs that need to be addressed at the property. We kindly request that you submit any maintenance requests in written form.
You have the option to submit your Maintenance Request using the PropertyMe App, or fill out our Maintenance Request Form on our website. This will allow us to take appropriate action in a timely manner.
However, if you experience an Urgent Repair situation, such as a lack of hot water or a blocked sewer, and it happens during office hours, please reach out to your Property Manager at our office by dialing 02 6882 1097.
Alternatively, in the event of an after-hours emergency repair, please refer to the following contact numbers for specific tradespeople based on the type of repair needed:

Please Note:
Urgent Repairs means work needed to repair any of the following:
- failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
- failure or breakdown of any essential service for hot water, cooking, heating, cooling or laundering
- fault or damage that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
- serious damage from a natural disaster
